By the processes of Nature, we become old. As we advance in age, we are faced with the problems of deteriorating health. This is compounded by retardation in the functions of our brain also. But it is important to take what has been prescribed. Some medications can not be avoided as one ages, but general good health can be maintained by controlling diet and having light exercise.

  g. Avoid alcohol as far as possible.

  h. Control your diet. Avoid fatty and not-easily digestible food stuffs.

  i. Generally keep yourself in a happy frame of mind.

  j. Do not worry either about the past or the future. Live in the present, enjoying every moment.
